Local Pick up
Valdosta Pick Up: Items may be picked up Monday to Friday 9-5 and Saturday 10:00-2 at Home & Light Valdosta located at 515 N. Saint Augustine Road Suite G once you have received your email confirming your order is ready for pickup.
Hahira Store Pick Up: Items may be picked up Wednesday to Friday 11-6 and Saturday 10:30-4 at our store located at 100 S Church Street, Hahira, GA 31632 once you have received your email confirming your order is ready for pickup.
$6 flat rate shipping on all clothing orders
$9 flat rate shipping on all orders that include shoes, Nora Fleming, and/or purses/bags
Products that are lost or damaged in the during the shipping process: Each item is inspected and packed by our staff before shipping. Please contact us immediately if something happened to your order in the shipping progress. Please email use pictures of damage to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we can no longer file a claim for you. If damage is not reported to us within 7 days all sales are final. No refunds/exchanges after 7 days.

- Products marked delivered by USPS. Please contact your local Post Office for information regarding your package..
- Stolen packages. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are delivered but stolen from porch or mailbox.
- Delays with shipping. We will get your package in the mail ASAP but once it leaves the shop, we cannot be held responsible.
All of our shipments include Tracking and Delivery Confirmation. If you receive a notification that your package has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier or USPS directly to investigate. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information indicates that your order was delivered to the order address.
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you, please send it back (unless a final sale item) for a store credit! There are a few requirements to note with the item(s) you wish to return: Make sure the items are in original condition; No make-up or deodorant marks, free of smells (perfume, cigarette, deodorant, detergent), un-altered, unwashed, free of pet hair and with tags still attached (when applicable). I BEG of you, please, please, do not attempt to return an item that does not meet the above criteria. There is nothing I hate more than having to reject a return. Returns made 7 or more days from drop off or customer delivery date will be rejected. The most common reason for a return is that an item does not fit. I highly encourage you to try on your new item(s) as soon as you receive your order. BLU LILY PERMITS RETURNS UP TO SEVEN DAYS (remember shipping items must be post marked within 5 days with tracking) from the date of the original delivery confirmation. NO EXCEPTIONS. As soon as I receive the item and it is confirmed to be in original condition, I will issue you a store credit (less any shipping paid). Shoes must be returned in their original box and mailed back inside another box or wrapped in shipping paper. If there is any damage to the shoe box, shipping labels, packing tape. or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box it will not be accepted. The item will then be returned to the customer and is subject to a return shipping fee. Local returns may be dropped off at Home & Light Valdosta if orders meet the above criteria. Please note: All items in Sale/Clearance, Flash Sales, and any sales/discounts are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE! These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, cannot be returned for a store credit or be exchanged! We will not refund or give store credit for discount codes not being entered at checkout by the customer.
FINAL SALE items: All items on sale/clearance items are final. All sales final on jewelry, holiday graphic tee's, flash sale items, purses/wallets. Also any bodysuits, shapewear/athletic wear (all shapers, leggings, shorts), undergarments, hats and beanies. (for hygienic purposes) are final sale.
