FAQ/Returns

Thank you for supporting our small business! I am so thankful you are a part of the Blu Lily family!  Here are a few things to help make your shopping experience easier: 

Local Pick up

-It is very important to check emails!! All communication will be sent to the email address associated with your account. 

-Please allow 1-2 days for local pickup. Your order will not be available before then due to influx of orders. Local pickup can take up to 3 days if your items are at multiple locations so please be sure to wait to get your notification before coming to pick up your order.

Valdosta Pick Up: Items may be picked up Monday to Friday 9-5 and Saturday 10:00-2 at Home & Light Valdosta located at 515 N. Saint Augustine Road Suite G once you have received your email confirming your order is ready for pickup.

Hahira Store Pick Up: Items may be picked up Monday to Friday 12-6 and Saturday 10:30-4 at our store located at 100 S Church Street, Hahira, GA 31632 once you have received your email confirming your order is ready for pickup. 

If either location is closed for any reason it will be posted on all of our social media accounts. 

Shipping

If you are an out of town customer and local pick up is selected at checkout we will automatically send you an invoice for shipping charges. Choosing local pick up will DELAY your order. Please double check orders and if you mistakenly choose local pick up please search your emails from Blu Lily Boutique to locate your shipping invoice from us. 

Return Policy

We hope you loved your purchase! If not, we will gladly accept your return under the following circumstances:

Orders are eligible for return within 7 days for store credit only.

-Items must be unworn and unwashed.

-Shoes must be returned in the wrapped shoe box. Returns with label and tape on the shoe boxes will be denied. 

-Any items with deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, perfume odor, or smoke will be refused.

-Any item marked down 20% or more is FINAL SALE. If an item is returned that was marked down 20% or more, it will be rejected. This includes coupon codes, flash sales, etc. 

-Holiday items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return 

-The return process is based upon receipt of order. Items are tracked and recorded once delivered.

-Items must be postmarked within 7 days from the date the item was delivered for store credit only.

-Shipping charges are non-refundable.

-If you are an out of town customer we suggest that you send items back to us using a carrier that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that may get lost in transit to us. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days. You will then be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

-Returns for store credit may be dropped off at our store in Hahira or at Home and Light in Valdosta.  If you are out of town and need to return an item please send to Blu Lily Boutique 8210 GA Hwy 122 W Hahira, Ga 31632.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate exchanges because of our revolving inventory. If you receive a product and need a different size, you can do one of two things:

1). Return the incorrect size and once you receive your store credit, use your store credit to purchase the correct size (if available).

2). If the size you need is available, go ahead and purchase and return the incorrect size for a store credit.

Cancellations: 

We cannot accommodate cancellations. PLEASE, PLEASE double check your order before checking out. This includes cancellations for not entering promo codes at checkout. We will not be able to cancel your order, refund the difference, or give a store credit when promo codes are not entered at checkout. Please check your orders before checking out. 

Defective Items: 

-Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is damaged, all claims must be made within 48 hours from the date you received the item. If we do not receive notification within 2 days, the order will be rejected from store credit. 

 -Please take a picture of the damaged item and send to blulilyboutique@gmail.com Please include order number in email.

-If you receive the wrong order, please contact us ASAP.

-Please follow care instructions on tag. We are not responsible for clothing after it has been washed/worn.
